Why we built this.

The honest version.

This is our second company inside India's hiring mess. The first one stood on the candidate's side of the wall. We watched good people fire hundreds of applications into a void and hear nothing back. This time we sat with the founders doing the hiring, and every conversation landed on the same story:

A funded role collects 150–200 applications in the first 24 hours, most of them written by the same AI. The test scores come back clean, the interviews go fine, and by month three the hire can't explain the code they supposedly wrote. Three to six months of salary gone, and a role that isn't truly filled until month eight.

Because the signals are dead. Resumes are generated. Interviews are rehearsed.

A resume takes AI ten seconds. A conversation takes a real person.

What lands on your desk is short: 5–10 names, ranked, with the reason each one earned its place. The hire stays your call. If a hire from our pool doesn't work out in the first sixty days, we replace them, free.
